The illustrations are related to the personal stories of the individuals and are visually based on motifs from foreign cultures.
Relocation
A book about the lives of Israelis living outside of Israel. The book examines the process of adaptation, from alienation to belonging, through conversations with friends and acquaintances who have returned from different countries in the world.
The transcripts of the conversations are accompanied by illustrations from my point of view.
The project raises questions about the new identity that is created, what home is, and what it feels like to long for it.
