User research helped us identify key usability challenges and refine the design to improve clarity, efficiency, and scalability.

As a product experience, it was important to us to enable users to create a new site with minimal actions, despite the system’s complexity. Most users simply wanted to input their information and rely on Qwilt’s default settings.
