I led the redesign of the Certificate Lifecycle Management system, which handles SSL/TLS certificates used to secure website traffic and authenticate servers.

The main challenge was simplifying certificate management across creation, expiration tracking, and applying certificates to sites. Initially, the system was tied too closely to site management, which created confusion and limitations.

 

After gathering feedback, we shifted to a centralized approach that better reflected how users manage certificates in practice.
