Reporting

The goal was to design a system for analyzing traffic and network performance, while making it more accessible and effective for Internet Service Providers (SPs).
 

We created a single, flexible report, structuring the filtering and settings to accommodate all possible use-cases. The design was intended to give users a sense of control, making them feel like they were interacting with a smart system that could anticipate their next need.

The approach proved to be highly effective and as a result, all other reporting systems at Qwilt have been aligned with this model.
